Where can I see the CPU logs of the processor?

Our hosting does not keep logs of CPU usage of the processor at the moment.
When an account starts hitting the CPU limit and starts using abnormal amounts of resources, an automatic email is sent to the user informing them that their website is using a lot of CPU resources.
